How to Select Kitchen Sink Models — Sizes, Bowls & Finishes
B2B Kitchen Sink Buyer's Guide
1. Press Sink vs. Handmade Sink — Which Should You Choose?
Press Sinks are formed by pressing stainless steel sheets (0.4—0.8mm thickness). They offer a smooth, rounded bowl shape and are cost-effective for medium to large-volume orders.
Handmade Sinks are fabricated from cut, bent and welded stainless steel sheets. They offer sharper internal corners, greater depth and more flexibility in dimensions and installation styles. Available thickness depends on the selected model and must be confirmed before quotation.
2. Understanding MOQ and Order Planning
Standard MOQ depends on the product type: 200 pcs per model for press stainless steel sinks, 50 pcs per model for handmade stainless steel sinks, and 20 pcs per model for quartz composite sinks. Model combinations and order quantities are confirmed according to each quotation. When planning your order, consider which models sell best in your market and the surface finishes preferred by your customers.
3. Surface Finishes Guide
Available finishes depend on the sink type and model. Press stainless steel sinks may be available in polished, satin, pearl or embossed finishes, while handmade sink finish options must be confirmed by model. Please confirm the required finish before quotation.
4. Size and Installation Considerations
Kitchen sinks typically range from 400mm to 900mm in width. Standard single bowl sinks work for most residential kitchens. Always confirm your customers' cabinet dimensions before selecting models.
5. Packaging and Logistics
Packaging depends on the sink type, model and sales channel. Press sinks may use card or carton packing, while handmade and quartz composite sinks normally require individual protective packaging. Final packing details are confirmed before order approval. Trade terms: EXW or FOB Guangzhou. Shipping by sea freight.
6. Quality Control
Quality checks may include visual inspection, dimensional checks and packaging verification according to the confirmed order requirements.
